Front Range Fiduciary Services, LLC is a full service fiduciary firm. Basically, we step into the shoes of elderly and incapacitated adults who are unable to manage their finances themselves or request help in doing so. We do this primarily by serving as agent under power of attorney, for clients who have the capacity now to engage our services. Our other primary service is to serve as court appointed conservator in cases where the client lacks the mental capacity to manage their finances. Finally, we also serve as personal representatives for the estates of deceased persons. Sometimes we are named in our clients wills to provide this service, but can also be appointed if a person dies without a will, or if persons named as personal representative in a will choose not to serve in that role.
